 Terms of Use

These Fluxion Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the games and apps (“Service”) provided by Fluxion (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you (“User” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

  • You must use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Minors require prior consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. If using the Service for a business, the business must also agree to these Terms.

  • Additional guidelines or policies (“Separate Terms”) may apply, and you must comply with them alongside these Terms.

2. Account

  • You may need to create an account with accurate information, which must be kept up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details.

  • Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may be deleted if inactive for one year. Data (e.g., in-game currency) may not transfer across devices without an account.

3. In-Game Currency

  • In-game currency is available through purchases or promotions as set by us. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

  • No refunds are provided for in-game currency unless required by law.

4. Content

  • We grant you a non-transferable license to use our content solely for the Service. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to use it for Service-related purposes.

  • You may not misuse content or the Service (e.g., copying, modifying beyond intended use).

5. User Conduct

  • You must not violate laws, infringe rights, post harmful content, spam, or misuse the Service (e.g., hacking, commercial use without permission).

6. Service Changes

  • We may modify or suspend the Service without notice for maintenance, emergencies, or other reasonable needs. No refunds are provided for fee-based services unless required by law.

7. Privacy

  • We prioritize your privacy and handle personal information per our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages unless caused by our intentional or gross negligence, and liability is limited to direct damages up to the fees paid in the month of the incident.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms when reasonable or in Users’ general interest, with notice via the Service or our website.

10. Governing Law
